New Classes at Dalgity Resilience

Heading into spring, we have a series of new classes to choose from. All sessions run for 8 weeks. Cost is $128 + HST per session (e.g. per set of 8 classes).

Stretch and Mobility for Seniors

  • Mondays starting on April 4th at 12:15pm – 4 SPOTS AVAILABLE

High Intensity Interval Training

  • Tuesdays starting on April 5th at 6pm – 2 SPOTS AVAILABLE

Hatha Yoga

  • Wednesdays starting on March 30th at 6pm – 5 SPOTS AVAILABLE

Yin Yoga

  • Wednesdays starting on March 30th at 7pm – 6 SPOTS AVAILABLE
  • Fridays starting on April 1st at 6:30pm – 2 SPOTS AVAILABLE

Following her own weight loss success, she felt compelled to help others that were living through the same struggles she experienced throughout her life.
