This course, taught by Kristy Wood-Giles, will begin on Monday, April 25th at 6pm and will run for 4 weeks. Running will be outdoors on a stone-dust based, flat trail. The distance covered in each class will be minimal and will be interval style with the purpose to practice techniques with opportunities for rest.

- – proper technique for less impact on the body
- – goal setting and running plan preparation
- – strength building for running muscles
- – proper stretching
- – breathing techniques to make it easier
- – mental motivation and inspiration to do it
- – having fun while running!
Classes will be held in both indoors and outdoor settings so comfortable shoes and layered, weather appropriate clothing is required. Bringing a water bottle is also recommended.
