Fitness Classes

Classes run on 8 week sessions. Due to limited space, you must register to join each session by emailing or calling us at 613-256-0801.

Strength and Conditioning for Seniors

Mondays and Wednesdays at 11:15am

As we age we need to keep our body mobile and strong. This allows us to perform the activities we enjoy with confidence, aids in fall prevention and makes daily tasks easier. It is recommended that you have some strength / resistance training experience to fully enjoy and participate in this class.

Stretch and Mobility for Seniors

In order to enjoy the activities you love and to perform daily tasks with confidence, it’s important that your joints, ligaments, tendons, and muscles move through a full range of motion. In this class you will focus on improving your range of motion using a combination of exercises and stretches that feel good, improve posture and your well being.

High Intensity Interval Training

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm

This class combines strength and endurance using interval and circuit training. Geared towards intermediate and advanced fitness levels.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga is the most widely practiced form of yoga in North America. It is the branch of yoga that concentrates on physical health and mental well-being using bodily postures and breathing techniques. No yoga experience required.

Yin Yoga

Yin is a slower-paced, more meditative version of yoga.  The poses are held for a longer period of time (typically 3 minutes) to target the connective tissues rather than focusing on the muscles.  No yoga experience required. 

Pilates Flow

Wednesdays @ 6pm

A contemporary Mat Pilates class which incorporates fluid motion with strong emphasis on development of core strength. All levels welcome

Pilates 15/15/15

Mondays @ 6pm

This class is for when you’re short on time, or not sure what you fancy doing that day! It is split into three sections; the first 15 minutes is Pilates, followed by 15 minutes of HIIT/Cardio and ending with a lovely 15 minute flow & stretch. (15min Pilates + 15min HIIT + 15min Stretch = FUN!)

Full Body Tune Up

Tuesdays @ 7am and Saturdays @ 830am

A full body workout using a mixture of body weight, resistance bands and free weight exercises. All levels welcome.

ABC’s (Abs/Butt/Cardio)

Wednesdays and Thursdays @ 6am

In this class we are going to focus on core strength, tightening the glutes as well as getting your heartrate by up using a variety of floor work, body weight exercises and plyometrics. All levels welcome.
