Dalgity Resilience has something for everyone.
We offer one on one personal training for those that like the privacy of working out alone with their trainer.
Similarly, we have small group personal training for those that enjoy a few laughs and friendly competition with their friends during a workout.
Lastly, we also offer a wide variety of small group classes for those clients that like combining a social hour with their workouts.
Our Core Services
One on One Personal Training
We will start with providing a full assessment to see how to best suit your health needs and then put a program in place to help you reach your goals. Each training session will be catered to your personal fitness levels and will include a mixture of different forms of exercise including: resistance training, cardio, plyometrics and stretching.
Small Group One on One Personal Training
Exercise is always more fun when you include your friends. The format is the same as the one on one sessions, but you share the time and cost with a friend or two.
Maximum of 3 people.
Small Group Classes
We offer a variety of classes that accommodate all fitness levels, ranging from Yin Yoga to High Intensity Interval Training, and everything in between. With a maximum of 6 people per class, you can enjoy the camaraderie of a group workout but still get the benefit of an instructor’s individual attention.
