Alison Dalgity, Owner / Personal Trainer
Alison has been a personal trainer since 2007. Following her own weight loss success, she felt compelled to help others that were living through the same struggles she experienced throughout her life.
Alison is certified in Personal Trainer and is now passing on her knowledge of healthy living and weight loss. She specializes in helping clients of all ages build self-confidence, increase energy and form a better body image.
Lynne Jenkins: Personal Training / Nutrition Coach / Trainer for Active Aging
Lynne believes in empowering her clients to thrive, with the strength and intention to be fully present in their lives. Functional movement and a mind/body connection play a huge role in her clients training programs. Lynne and her clients work together as a team to create a program that is unique to them.
Lynne has been in the fitness industry for over 30 years in various disciplines. For the past three years Lynne has specialized in training the older adults. With extensive training in this field Lynne creates unique programs for each client using functional exercises enabling the older adult to build strength, power, flexibility, balance as well as gain the confidence to live life fully.
Courtney Marie: Holistic Nutritionist / Yoga Instructor
Courtney is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Yoga Instructor.
She is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canada School of Natural Nutrition, Certified Metabolic Balance Coach and Yoga instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in international business from Brock University. She has worked with clients with a wide range of different health goals, but her main focus is to help women create joy in their healthful pursuit.
Steve Conlon: Personal Trainer
Steve worked in the high tech Sector for 38 years and is an avid curler and golfer.
After his career in high tech came to a close, Steve took his enthusiasm for fitness to the next level and became a certified personal trainer.
Steve enjoys helping people of all ages embark on their own fitness journey, and believes in encouraging people to start from where they are. He shows them they can do more than they might think they can.
Dean Staffen: Personal Trainer
Growing up, Dean played a variety of sports including hockey, soccer, football and golf as well as long distance running. After graduating Almonte High School, his love of sports and fitness brought him to St Lawrence College in Kingston where he earned his diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion.
Dean’s main objective as a personal trainer is to help his clients of all ages reach their physical fitness goals. His training programs will help with gaining strength, as well as improving range of motion and flexibility. Dean also enjoys connecting with young athletes where he can combine his passion for sports with his knowledge of training to better their game.
